San Francisco, CA (January 5, 2009) – The 4th quarter performance for the staffing industry has always been historically low, but given the current economic circumstances, 4th quarter trends are at an all time low.

"We traditionally forecast for a slow 4th quarter but this is something I haven’t seen before. I watch our competitors closely and listen for the buzz… but things have been really quite." said Vesce the Founder and Managing Director of Cypress HCM. Cypress records, roughly, a 10% increase from year to year growth but is remaining conservative for the 2009 outlook.

"We’re going to be expanding our fleet of staffing services to ensure we provide each customer with the highest level of service.
