Cypress HCM to Release COMPAS for Beta Testing

San Francisco, CA – COMPAS, Cypress HCM’s Online Management Payroll and Attendance System, was originally designed to fill the vacuum created by traditional Applicant Tracking, Client Relationship Management, Workforce Management, and Document Management Systems. Brian Vesce, Managing Director of Cypress explained that “we first set out to build COMPAS, basically because we wanted to run leaner and cut out as much of the administrative tasks as possible. Then we decided to build a totally comprehensive system that could meet the needs of every facet of our business – Sales, Recruiting, Finance, and Accounting. On February 21, 2008, Cypress released a beta version of COMPAS to FA&OWorks, LLC for preliminary testing.

FA&OWorks, recently founded and headquartered out of Alpharetta Georgia, by staffing industry veterans provides a unique a complementary suite of Human Capital Management solutions and services for Financial, Accounting, and Organizational Professionals to clients throughout the Unites States, Canada and France. Their initial testing of COMPAS will provide an assessment of its acceptability to the marketplace, and offer important feedback and analysis of its efficiency, functionality, and interaction within the recruitment lifecycle.
