This service allows clients to focus their attention on managing the growth of their businesses rather than supervising the administrative burdens associated with the payroll process.

Cypress HCM assumes the role of employer of record for the pre-identified temporary contractor or consultant. As the legal employer, Cypress is responsible for issuing payroll checks, withholding and submitting local, state, and federal payroll taxes, maintaining other employment related coverages such as workers compensation, general liability insurance, and professional liability coverage. Relieving the client of these responsibilities allows them to maintain control over the management of contracted employees, while providing them with the flexibility to respond to the operations and challenges of their businesses.
