Cypress HCM complete the integration to ADP’s Payroll Services

San Francisco, CA (December13, 2008)– In Cypress’s pursuit to complete end to end solutions, they have successfully integrated the organizations proprietary HRIS system, COMPAS, with ADP’s Payroll Service.

The firm has built their own end to end solution for Sales (CRM), Recruitment (ATS), Order Management (Requisition Center), Contract Management, Time & Attendance and Invoicing; Cypress is now ready to complete the circle by incorporating a payment channel to their contract placement division. Since there can be a large amount of contracting staff the receive payment on a weekly basis, the time approval portion of COMPAS place a key role in ensuring a seamless payment process. Equally as important Cypress is able to remove 100% of the manual errors associated with calculating the hours (units) consumed, which include: overtime, straight time, double time, expenses, etc. Invoices are automatically generated and sent to the appropriate department within the client. Now the system has the capability of sending the information pertaining to that contractor’s payment to ADP’s payment processing center.

The completion of the project is crucial to long term business development initiatives to serve the enterprise. Additionally, a major goal for Cypress is to provide their customers and contractors with an invaluable tool that allows each individual and organization to operate at a higher level of productivity.
