Cypress HCM Inc. ("Cypress HCM," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides SMS and MMS text messaging services to candidates, employees, consultants, clients, and prospective clients who choose to receive communications from us.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Description
Cypress HCM may send text messages related to:
- Interview scheduling and reminders
- Application status updates
- Assignment and onboarding communications
- Payroll, compliance, and employment-related notifications
- Client service communications
- Important account or service updates
- Company announcements and alerts
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, staffing placement, or purchasing services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Cypress HCM and your communication preferences.

Cypress HCM is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.

- Signing employment or onboarding documentation that includes SMS consent

10. Service Availability
